Touring Marian Gardens & St. Callistus with IESOC

We were excited to welcome over 30 industry professionals for a special tour hosted by IES Orange County, featuring two of Oculus’ award-winning projects: the Marian Gardens at Our Lady of La Vang and the St. Callistus Chapel. Both projects are on the Christ Cathedral Campus, located in Orange, CA.

Attendees heard directly from the design team, with Sarah Wang and Leslie Crapster-Pregont sharing the vision and philosophy behind the gardens, while Archit Jain offered a deep dive into the lighting details inside the chapel. Following the presentation, the group took an up-close tour of both spaces to experience the lighting design in person.

A huge thank you to IESOC (especially Mindy Cooper, Performance Lighting) for featuring our work in your event lineup—and to everyone who braved the start of the El Nino season to join us!
