WarnerMedia Moves to Culver City

It’s official! In 2021 WarnerMedia will be moving into the newly constructed office building located at the Culver City Metro Station. Oculus is thrilled to be the lighting designer for this over-$350M mixed-use complex at Ivy Station.

Oculus is working with Gensler on this five-story 240,000 sf building, consisting of offices, cafes, and screening rooms. The iconic red angled facade will be an eye-catching landmark in Culver City, which has recently become a hot-spot for several other media and tech giants, including Apple and Amazon.

Oculus Associate, Sarah Wang, has been managing the lighting portion of this project from the start. She says she is “very excited about working on this landmark project in the heart of Culver City. Our goal is to provide seamlessly integrated and bright, dynamic workspace lighting while emphasizing the beautiful architectural features and creating a unique view from the street level.”
