New Oculus Designers!
Oculus is excited to announce that our team has grown again this summer with the addition of two new members, Stephanie Chou and Andy Bailey!
They have really hit the ground running, and we are happy to have them join our team!
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Stephanie recently graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from Rice University in Houston, Texas. Her design inspiration is multifaceted, stemming from both theatrical and cinematic lighting, as well as the work of Richard Neutra and Rudolph M. Schindler specifically, whose architectural work incorporate the ample use of natural light. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys creating with the art of makeup, listening to music and podcasts, going to the beach, and hanging out with her Shiba Inu puppy.
Andy moved to LA all the way from Philadelphia, where he earned a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University. Before joining the Oculus team, he gained exposure to lighting as an electrical engineer for Bruce E. Brooks and Associates. Andy enjoys lighting design because it offers an opportunity to be creative while being technical. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, cooking and riding his bike.
