New Affordable Housing in Santa Monica

With rising numbers of homeless populations in Los Angeles, non-profit affordable housing developer Community Corporation has been successfully increasing the number of available affordable units, especially for those who are facing unexpected economic challenges. Oculus feels both honored and proud to have worked with KoningEizenberg and Community Corp on the new Arroyo complex, which recently opened in Downtown Santa Monica.

The Arroyo has a total of 64 affordable units, consisting of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, all of which were designed and built with high-quality materials to match the caliber of market-rate complexes. Featured amenities include a courtyard, a play area with a basketball court, two community rooms and a raised platform deck. Residents also have access to health and fitness classes, computer skills training, and after-school daycare.
