Confidential Financial Services Client, Los Angeles, CA
Spanning nine floors and 200,000 sft of an existing high-rise building at the center of LA’s high-end business district, the relocation of this financial office epitomized the new norm of a modern office, with an emphasis on hospitality comfort and video-conferencing ready spaces. The bright illumination of the open office is broken up with areas of visual reprieve through soft, layered light in the pantries and lounges, providing complementary lighting to the interior design intent of bringing the feeling of SoCal’s iconic coastal landscape indoors.
