Google Visitor Experience, Mountain View, CA
Located on the first level of Google’s Gradient Canopy building, the Visitor Experience is comprised of a public café, community event space, and Google Store. As of the end of 2023, Gradient Canopy is the largest new construction project to achieve the Living Building Challenge’s (LBC) Materials Petal Certification. Every luminaire on the project was meticulously selected to adhere to LBC’s material red-list while seamlessly integrating into the building’s architectural design.
