Novel Park stands out in its design to encourage spontaneous social interaction and gatherings among neighbors, their families, and their pets. The lighting emphasizes the down-to-earth and homey character of a small cluster of buildings that house lounges, a show kitchen, and coffee shop. The garage-themed lounge is filled with sunlight during the day; warm cove lighting and decorative fixtures create an intimate nighttime atmosphere, and another communal lounge with floor-to-ceiling views of the park is adorned with a custom double-height, wall-to-ceiling pendant installation that adds sparkle and coziness to the space.
