This 176,000 sft workspace is located in an architecturally significant building in the heart of Culver City’s tech zone. In the main lobby, curving linear fixtures frame the entrance and work in conjunction with the luminous media columns. Further inside, the lighting helps create a bright and open workspace, interspersed with intimate amenity areas that evoke warmth and comfort through soft, backlit ceilings and carefully selected decorative light fixtures. Lighting is intentionally designed to be integrated into the architectural details, emphasizing the texture and shape of the building’s interior and at the same time providing a consistent view from the outside.
