The exterior for this creative office building features linear lighting elements, drawing inspiration from the louvered wood ceilings and screens within the interior lobby. Linear fixtures, suspended gracefully from cables between buildings, elegantly illuminates the courtyard while meeting El Segundo’s police lighting requirements. In the exterior courtyard, a linear uplight accentuates a louvered parking screen wall, while on the rooftop amenity deck, up/down sconces cast a soft, warm glow by bouncing light off the wood ceiling. Additionally, vertical linear lights on the side elevations enhance the building’s nighttime presence, beautifully complementing the adjacent retail center.
