Google Backlot, Venice Beach, CA

The goal for the landscape was to create a gathering place between buildings for staffers that would inspire interaction and community.  The majority of the lighting is detailed integral to architectural elements, including walls and stairs.  Only a few vertical lighting elements such as poles and bollards have been utilized–to create an obstruction free, flexible space.  Up lights on trees continue the whimsical, relaxed feeling that will draw employees together long after the day is done.
